Envision Engineering completed a comprehensive electrical engineering and urban lighting design project for the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) in the Marmalade District. In collaboration as a design team consultant to LOCI Landscape Architecture, this project included the design of the new Central Marmalade District Plaza, as well as refurbishing the existing Marmalade Library Plaza--creating vibrant and functional public spaces to revitalize and serve the community's diverse needs.

Detailed electrical engineering and lighting design for the newly developed Central Marmalade District Plaza included power distribution for various plaza features and strategic lighting design to ensure safety, aesthetics, and functionality. Envision also provided the integration of electrical systems to support a prominent water feature, adding a dynamic and visually appealing element to the plaza.

Electrical engineering and lighting design services were also provided to refurbish and improve the existing Marmalade Library Plaza. This included providing tree outlets for holiday lights, additional power outlets for community events, and designing the installation of outdoor electronic device charging stations on the library plaza benches.
