This $31 million, 286,306 SF, 157-unit multifamily housing project is a Transit Oriented Development providing affordable housing for individuals, families, the disabled, and homeless. The 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units provide much needed housing as well as revitalization to the existing neighborhood.

Envision provided all electrical engineering and lighting design for this vital mixed-use community project that provides community services, workforce development programs, and community living opportunities for under-served individuals. The project was modeled as a Live/Work “Innovation Hub” created in partnership with the “Nextwork Academy of Independent Living” which provides access and programs for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
