Star Valley Temple
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints | Star Valley, WY
The three-story, 17,000 SF Star Valley temple is designed to gracefully complement and endure the cold winters in Afton, Wyoming. Located on 43.6 acres, structure is clad with pre-cast concrete and is the first temple for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wyoming. The temple was designed to reflect elements found in the nearby Star Valley Tabernacle, as well as architectural features found in the Wyoming State Capitol.
Envision provided electrical engineering design and construction administration services for the temple and all site improvements. Modeling for lighting and illumination was carefully conducted to ensure the proper lighting standards and goals for the temple were achieved.
